被蟾蜍親到的明星

上次跟一些朋友聊八卦因為最近真的還蠻無聊的。講著講著就講到最近台灣的電視節目及明星。我基本上是不看台灣電視節目的，因為一、沒有看頭，二、不專業，三、我還有太多其他國家的電視節目可以看（現在發現可以聽的懂一堆語言真的是不錯）。但在家裡我還是會看東森購物台，因為實在是太好笑了。反正我們就講到購物台的一個主持人，整完臉後像Michael Jackson也就算了，旁邊的朋友居然用台語冒出「她就是被蟾蜍親到啦！」。我笑個不停，而且後來發現台灣的電視明星除了大多數都沒有大腦之外，幾乎都是被蟾蜍親到的！（有些應該是蟾蜍，所以不必被親）。說的真的太好了。我之前就有抱怨過為何台灣總是找最醜的人來當明星。更恐怖的是，這些人還會紅。

改寫英文，今天太懶了。
The so-called idol groups in Taiwan are simply un-idol-like (and what the hell is the thing with using numbers to name idol groups?). Using the word "ugly" is being rather nice. The reason for their popularity? Well, I thought hard and long about it and I realised that right, there's no such thing as esthetics in Taiwan. Even if esthetics do exist, it's thanks to the highly talented professional who copycat everything imperfectly. No wonder I never stop on the street just to admire and appreciate something. I missed doing that; you know, something that just makes you go "Wow" for awhile. Here, the "wow" has been replaced by "Yicks" or "Argh" or "Bof", or comments that I dare not to pronounce in public. So, "being kissed by a toad" (this still sounds better in Taiwanese) is going to be my new way to react to things and people around here, before I find something else better to say.
