Busy but clean street is really my thing

If every city, especially the city I live in can look like this, I'll be a happy man.

This is the definition of clean. I know I'm anal-retentive but who wouldn't like shopping along a street that is as clean (or well-built) as that? Yes, don't get me started on the subject of how streets in Taipei are somewhat indecently made (clean but a lot of holes, which irriates when I take my bike).
