I stare at this one a lot

Fascinated by this building, but I am still not sure what this is... I think it's the Kyodo News Agency building.

I really have to get a new camera. My camera takes crappy photos now... but I want a new mobile and I've got to add new furniture to my place. Great. So many things to get and I'm not going to get paid for the months of February and March. Bugger.
