Contemplation

Trying not to get nasty with all the shop employees with bad service. Trying to stare at something and contemplate something beautiful.

Silly me, that ain't happening. EVER. It's my principle; if you are going to do it, do it well; don't want to do it, well, quit. Everyone's got choices, the big question is the attitude a person takes when facing a choice. I know, il y a des cons partout...but I'd still like to be in a city with less cons.

I really should finish that blacklist of bad Starbucks in the city of Taipei... I sometimes wonder how hard it is to get a cup of latte to go without 1. meeting an employee that belongs to the snail family, 2. getting aggravated by an employee who doesn't follow the order of the name of the drink (or use the proper term) and has me repeating at least twice, and 3. being asked if I want a whole bunch of other crap (just ring in the order, you half-wit, I know precisely what I want).

The worst thing is that Starbucks in Taiwan was voted last year as the retail food/drink chain witht the best service last year by some local crap magazine. How? perhaps all the voters are half-wit twats as well...
