I f***ing hate my boss and I'm boycotting French things. I am Anglophone afterall.

It's not the first time I say this and it'll not be the last, either. I think I'll stop saying after she's been kicked back to France.

Everyone knows where I work so I'm not going to say much about my boss's background. But I'd say this - when it comes to work, I'm more like an American.

Why the hell am I so mad? I took a sick day-off last Saturday and arranged a colleague to substitute for me. In general, there's no problem at all. And since it was a sick-day leave, I just asked my colleague to tell her what happened.

And you know what? She f***ing interrogated my colleague about whether she was lying for me. I mean, what the bullocky bloody hell was she thinking? It's a f***ing sick leave; it happens like that. On top of that, if everything is arranged and nobody complained, that's fine. I don't think she's got the right to question people like that. She even asked me today whether I was actually not well or I went out of country. Seriously, this woman's got fleas in her ar*****. And we don't have any written contract stating procedures needed to be taken to before a sick leave. We don't need to report, as long as a substitute can be found and arranged before the class. What right does she have? And have I got any right at all? I'm f***ing tired of her daily nagging, treating people like they are morons; she's the moron. A month ago she asked me to treat students like clients and then what happens? When I say I am going to change a class to another day (because only a couple of students would show up on the original day), she replies that students have already paid for the class, if they can't make it, they can't make it, too bad for them. So, that's how clients are treated? If she worked in a real company thinking about profits all the time (she does think about them, but in a wrong way), she'd have her ass fired right off.

It's not the end. She even said that in the future, employees could only take sick leave and she needs to be properly informed; meaning way in advance. Yeah, who the hell knows when he/she'd be ill? F***ing w***ing c**t.

It's like Edina from AbFab would say: "I'm doing the right thing, not the correct thing, but the right thing." My boss apparently has no brain for the right thing. And that's too bad, because she ain't f***ing gonna find another job after this.

Yes, I'm so mad that I'm not going to use any French in my private time. I'm still going to speak in French at work since it's only professional to do so. But hell, I'm putting a boycott on all things French for an indefinite time. Let's all do things in the good old American way.
